If you’re a woman 40+ dealing with insulin resistance, prediabetes, or Type 2 diabetes, The Reversal Project gives you a step-by-step framework, bi-weekly live coaching, and expert-led training—so you can lower blood sugar, reduce cravings, improve energy, and build habits that actually stick.

Woman Resting Peacefully

You’re not failing—your plan is.

Most women are told to “eat less and move more,” but midlife metabolism doesn’t respond to generic advice—especially when insulin is running the show. If you’re doing so many things “right” and still struggling with stubborn weight, fatigue, cravings, hot flashes, inflammation, or confusing labs… you’re not alone.

  • You’ve tried diets that worked before—now they don’t

  • Your labs feel confusing (and you’re not sure what to do next)

  • You want structure and flexibility—without perfection

  • You want a plan you can sustain in real life

You deserve a guide—and a process.

Hi, I’m Lea Wetzell, MS, LN, CNS—an integrative nutritionist who helps women 40+ improve metabolic health using evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle, and practical accountability. The Reversal Project is the program I wish every woman received at the moment she heard, “Your blood sugar is trending up.”
