Workplace Wellness Classes

We have many health-related topics for “Lunch and Learn” style classes that can easily fit into a 60 minute timeframe. Some popular topics include weight loss, blood sugar balance, food for mood, reducing aches and pains, and nutrition for sleep. We use the most up-to-date nutrition research and tailor the class content to meet the needs of your company. 

Classes are a great opportunity to deliver helpful messaging to a larger group of employees in a short amount of time. Participants will also receive relevant recipes of the topic covered. Classes are even more effective when bundled in a package.
